The Friends of the R H Johnson Library support a lecture series usually presented on the last Wednesday of the month on topics of health, history, and community resources.
Join us for are 2nd presentation from Banner Sun Health Research Institute. The Friends of the Library Speaker will be on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Lecture Hall of the RHJ Recreation Center. The title of this month’s presentation is Research 101.
Banner Sun Health Research Institute Mobile Research Unit Tour and Clinical Trial Prescreening Opportunity
Banner Sun Health Research Institute is pleased to announce a presentation and a tour of the TRAVELLER Mobile Research Unit on November 19, showcasing our advanced on-site prescreening capabilities for clinical research participation.
Event Schedule:
November 19: Educational tour and presentation of the Mobile Research Unit, featuring state-of-the-art prescreening services and technologies. If you have interest in a prescreen appointment, appointments must be made after this event to secure an appointment for either November 20 or 21.
November 20-21: Clinical trial prescreening appointments will be conducted by Global Alzheimer's Platform (GAP) in collaboration with Banner Alzheimer's Institute and Banner Sun Health Research Institute staff. The Mobile Research Unit will be positioned in the library parking lot for participant convenience.

This complimentary educational event requires advance registration for November 19. Individuals interested in clinical trial prescreening may schedule appointments during the November 19 presentation, following the educational session.
