The Friends of the R H Johnson Library support a lecture series usually presented on the last Wednesday of the month on topics of health, history, and community resources.

Lincoln on New Year's Day

Nationally recognized Abraham Lincoln presenter and historian, John Voehl, will be returning to Sun City West for a presentation Wednesday, January 28th at 2 p.m. in Summit Hall A of the Palm Ridge Recreation Center (13800 West Deer Valley Drive)

Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. 

The title of the presentation is Lincoln on New Year's Day. Lincoln reviews the events he experienced on New Years Day throughout his life.  It's a chronological review of his January 1st experiences. 

It is a free event, but registration is required. 

Your registration online reserves a seat until the start of the event. Please note entry after the start time will be subject to seat availability. You can also call the Data Resource Center to get registered at 623-544-6644.
