Seeds of Meditation is series of introductory classes about various topics on meditation. “Seeds” are written by Patricia Bates, MA, MSAOM, who teaches her classes in a fun down to earth, easy to understand style. Patricia’s writings and talks are based on over 25 years of meditation and experiential insights which she shares with passion.

 

Seeds of Meditation: all about Meditation begins with the basics and weaves the what, when, where, and how of meditation with intriguing real-life examples. A wonderful first class for both beginners and experienced meditators. Learn about different meditation styles, health benefits, and how to find the appropriate style for you. Bring your curiosity and questions.

 

Patricia Bates retired from her private practice and career in holistic healthcare, and now, teaches classes in being your best though using meditation practices and living a life balanced in body, mind, and spirit. She has an MA and MS in Counseling, and Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine respectively.
