 Natural Health – Muscle testing

Are you looking for a way to determine which foods and supplements your body wants? This class teaches the basics of Muscle testing. Muscle Testing/Kinesiology is a proven way to determine what your body is trying to tell you by using your body’s own nervous system. It is a form a biofeedback, the language of the central nervous system which can provide insights and information to improve your health.

Kasara is a mostly retired Board-Certified Naturopath, Mental Health Therapist, Master Herbalist, and energy worker with over 30 years of helping clients find successful alternative health options.

*Registration Required, Room size limited to 20 people
