February is a good time to show our brain some love. Many of us are concerned about cognitive changes and decline as we age. Some of us are caregivers for friends and family who are experiencing various forms of dementia. Bring your resources to share with the group. Come give your brain some love.

Saturday, March 8, 2025  Going Beyond the Table for National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month. This year’s theme is Going Beyond the Table. Let’s celebrate by looking at the ever changing landscape of what are the best foods to eat for health which seem to be changing all the time! We will sort through various diet trends like Mediterranean, Blue Zones, keto and more. Our discussion will help us to sort through the fluff (not marshmallow) and choose what works best for us. We’ll also look at where, when and with whom we eat. As usual, bring your resources and, if you have one, a recipe to share.

Saturday, April 12, 2025  Celebrate Aging Dream Big

After a quick review of our topics from this year we’ll commit to goals to advance our health and happiness for years to come. Do you have one more big project in you? Will you share it with us? Together we’ll dream big and cheer each other on to our best life!
